How I've missed you dear blog, don't worry I'll be scrapbooking again soon. Some sad news, I have decided to no longer be part of the design team over at
Design House Digital. I love love love DHD and all of their designers and products. I just felt overwhelmed with creating pages and needed to take a step back for a little while. It is likely that I will still spend a lot of time over there and still use a lot of their products in my pages. So no worries on seeing some fun pages from me using DHD products. But I hope this opens up some time for me to incorporate products into my designs that are from other sites and other designers. So I'm looking forward to getting back to scrapbooking for fun not just scrapping because I have an assignment.
My latest "big" project lately is doing custom design work for wedding announcements. I started out by creating a few for some friends and people just kept hearing about me and wanted me to create theirs and other people would hear and so on. So I decided I would make it official and make a business out of it all. My wonderful and amazing DH created a website for me and I hope to be busy creating very soon.
I know many of you may not need a wedding announcement, and possibly could create one yourself if needed. But maybe there is someone you know that just might be getting married, so I decided to do a giveaway.

My little one is growing too fast, but I'm proud of him, he is a very sweet and very happy little boy :)
Hope you all have a super fun and safe holiday!!!! We spent the morning out at our local Freedom Festival. The boys went on a few rides, made some crafts and of course got some cotton candy. Had a little scare when I lost my 5 year old for little bit, but all is well, I found him and he was okay, very scary though. Looking forward to some fireworks fun tonight, tomorrow and possibly monday too, yay for the 4th!!!!
Summer is here, and if you are like me you are just now scrapping pages from last summer, lol. I swear I will never catch up :) I used a super cute kit by Glam Fairy Designs called "pop summer" to create this page! Hopefully it will inspire you to get some summer scrappin' done!
I feel like it's been forever since I scrapped a page. It took me a while to get going on this one, but now that I've got it done I want to keep going. To bad it's late, lol. I don't use templates too often but I knew I wanted to use a lot of pictures on this layout so I used a template from Jen Allyson's April 365 templates. Headed over to the Daily Digi and purchased the kits for the month of June and then I used some papers and embellishments from all over. AnnaBV designs, Jennifer Barrette Designs, papers from the Sweet Shope. TFL!
